WorksheetGalaxy provides free educational worksheets, quizzes and study guides for K–12 students, teachers and parents. The Service is provided free of charge and is funded by the founders.

3. Permitted Use

You may use WorksheetGalaxy resources for:

• Classroom instruction by teachers
• Homeschool education by parents
• Sharing with students in an educational setting
• Non-commercial educational purposes

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or charge others for access to our resources
• Upload our content to other platforms and claim it as your own
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to scrape, crawl or systematically download our content
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent download limits or security measures
• Upload harmful, illegal or inappropriate content
• Use the Service to harass, spam or harm others

5. User Accounts

To access certain features (saving worksheets, tracking quiz scores), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WorksheetGalaxy — including worksheets, quizzes, articles, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of WorksheetGalaxy or its content creators, and is protected by copyright law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our content for personal and classroom educational purposes as described in Section 3.

7. Download Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, we apply download limits: guests may download a limited number of resources before being asked to create a free account. Registered users receive a daily download allowance. These limits may change at our discretion.

8. Content Accuracy

We strive to ensure all content is accurate and curriculum-aligned. However, we make no warranty that content is error-free. If you find an error, please contact us so we can correct it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.
