How we collect, use and protect your information
🔒 The short version: We don't sell your data. We only collect what's needed to run the service, and we protect it carefully. This site is free to use and is funded by advertising, so we use cookies for analytics and ads — what that means is set out in sections 4 and 5.
WorksheetGalaxy ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at worksheetgalaxy.com. We provide free educational worksheets, quizzes and study guides for K–12 students and educators.

Account Information — When you register, we collect your name and email address. This is used solely to manage your account and personalise your experience.
Usage Data — We use Google Analytics to collect information about how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and the site you arrived from. Google Analytics assigns a random identifier to your browser. We do not use this data to identify you by name, and we do not combine it with your account details.
Advertising Data — Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to serve and measure ads. See section 5.
Activity on the Site — If you are logged in, we store your saved worksheets, quiz scores and download counts so they are there when you return.
Contact Messages — If you contact us via the contact form, we store your name, email and message to respond to your enquiry.
What We Do NOT Collect:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed in section 8.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertising.
Because much of our content is aimed at children, we have configured our Google advertising to treat this site as directed to children. That means ads shown here are non-personalised: they are chosen based on the content of the page you are reading and general information such as approximate location, not on a profile built from your browsing history. Ad cookies are still used for frequency capping, reporting and fraud prevention.

WorksheetGalaxy is designed for educational use by K–12 students, teachers and parents. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Accounts are intended to be created by a parent, guardian or teacher.
As set out in section 5, advertising on this site is configured as non-personalised, so no advertising profile is built from a child's browsing. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual children.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at worksheetgalaxy2024@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We apply role-based access controls to limit who can access user data.
While no system is 100% secure, we follow security best practices and will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
